Frames in Any Colour
Our WestCoat spray paint system is designed to be sprayed on the following materials: Plastic, GRP, PVC-u, ABS, carbon fibre, acrylic, powder-coated surfaces, cladding and polypropylene.
It is available in thousands of colours, including RAL and F&B colour ranges. We also offer a bespoke colour-matching service for customers who need to match a specific colour.
Our WestCoat spray paint finish is between 90-150 microns thick. Standard Aluminium windows and doors have a 40 micron paint finish, Marine Grade Aluminium has 60 microns and a car’s typical paint thickness is 140 microns. We are at least 50% more than marine-grade Aluminium, and depending on how heavy-handed our sprayer is on the day, it could be more than your car.
If you live too close to the sea, Aluminium profile manufacturers have been known to offer zero-year guarantee, even on their marine-grade products.

Our aim is to provide quality products where possible with a specification to suit our coastal climate and at the right price. Supplying and installing conservatories, doors, windows, roofline products and coloured cladding, to name a few of our products, in the retail, trade and commercial sectors.
We are a plastics stockholder with a trade counter for the trade supply and DIY markets offering all of the above along with installation materials, replacement parts and much more. All our installers have been carefully chosen, and within two years of starting we had three installation vans on the road, along with our delivery truck. 2023 the installation van count is five on the road. From the start we have been members of CERTASS and in 2019 we enrolled in two other schemes. WHICH Trusted Traders and Ultra-Installer. All of these should give our customer piece of mind knowing we are do things the right way.

The perfect finish
Our typical spraying process will consist of two or three coats of paint and one or two coats of satin lacquer, which gives our product an Eggshell/Satin finish. Typical reflectiveness of different finishes.
- Matt 0% - 10%
- Eggshell 10% - 25%
- Satin 25% - 35%
- Semi-Gloss 35% - 70%
- Gloss 70% - 100%
